Gatsby's Family
I truly cannot say enough amazing things about my experience. From the moment I was matched with my puppy Gatsby, the communication was outstanding — daily photo and video updates, frequent health check-ins, and such genuine care and transparency every step of the way. For over two months, I felt so connected and reassured, which made the wait not only bearable, but incredibly exciting. The travel process was seamless, and when I finally met Gatsby, he exceeded every hope I had. I’ve had four Cavaliers in my life, and none have arrived as well-behaved, loving, and settled as he did. He slept through the night in his crate from night one without a single cry or bark, has taken so naturally to apartment potty training, and is already an absolute Manhattan gentleman — calmly cruising around in his puppy sling and politely taking in all the city sights. He’s sweet, cuddly, social, and confident… an extraordinary boy in every way!! It’s so clear Gatsby was raised with immense love and intention, and I will forever be thankful to these breeders for setting him (and me!) up for such success. If you’re lucky enough to get a puppy from them, just know you’re in the very best hands.
Milo's Family
I found Heirloom Cavaliers on Good Dogs. Stefanie answered all of my questions - and I had many! She messaged me back through the app and even talked to me over the phone. She was patient, understanding and supplied so much information about the puppy and his parents. Once I put my deposit down to get him she sent updates daily including pictures and videos. She also let me know what kind of toys and things to chew on that he was enjoying so I could be sure to have them on hand when he came home. We’ve had Milo for a few weeks now and he is truly a dream puppy. He is sweet and has a wonderful temperament. He is so well adjusted and it feels like he has been with us for ages rather than just a few weeks. Everyone who meets him falls in love with him. He’s a beautiful boy inside and out. I am so grateful I found him and would highly recommend Heirloom Cavaliers to those looking for a cavalier.

Stefanie & Matt were nothing but wonderful during this whole process! I love that they love this breed just as much as we do :) it’s evident. Stefanie was always so quick to respond with any question or comment I had. She sent me regular picture and updates of our puppy Louie and I just loved watching him grow! Pickup was a breeze and they were very transparent and thorough with providing vet documents and specific recommendations that are helping Louie thrive. I highly recommend Heirloom Cavaliers!!
Rubi's Family
Rubianna (Rubi) has brought so much joy and love into our family we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect addition to welcome into our home. She is a very special member of our family and we feel so lucky to have her. We knew right away that we had found the right breeder in Stefanie from the first conversation we had together. The family atmosphere that Rubi and her sister were raised in having received so much love and attention in her first few months was very endearing. Stefanie sent us daily updates and many sweet pictures of how the puppies were growing. She was very open about each of their personalities and helped us determine which one would be the best fit for our family. She was honest about a hernia that Rubi was born with and cared that Rubi had a healthy outcome once we took her home and kept checking in with us until we eventually had surgery to repair the hernia. We still keep in touch with Stefanie with updates on how Rubi is growing. She is 17lbs now, full of playfulness, endless snuggles and is an absolute angel. We will be celebrating her 1st birthday soon and look forward to many more wonderful years together with her!

I don’t have enough words to describe how happy we are to have found Stefanie and Matt! They helped make our family complete with our sweet little girl, Emmy.
Stefanie was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. She chatted with me, answered questions and sent photos and videos of our sweet girl daily in addition to helpful tips until the day we got to bring her home. It was evident from the beginning that this family genuinely loves their dogs and they are raised as part of the family in their own home. This was important to us since we were worried about unknowingly adopting from a puppy mill.
After Emmy was old enough and cleared by a vet to come home to us, our vet confirmed that she was a completely healthy little girl. She is so adorable, sweet natured and we are constantly in awe of how intelligent she is! We have two kids and she instantly felt at ease with them, which I attribute to her having been raised in a loving household with kids where she was regularly handled. Stefanie still checks in with us and loves getting updates on how Emmy is doing. I cannot recommend Heirloom Cavaliers enough if you are looking for a responsible and ethical breeder!

It was such a pleasure to adopt through Heirloom Cavaliers. From the start, Stefanie was very communicative in keeping me updated and answering any and all questions I had, and my favorite part is that she sent me a picture of my puppy every day until he was old enough to go home. She really helped me bond with him from afar while I waited to bring him home. Gus arrived happy healthy and very well socialized. Potty training has been a dream, as he already knew that outside meant potty time. And the thoughtfulness behind everything Stefanie prepared for me to take home with Gus was so appreciated.
