We’re a homeschooling family of five with a deep love for animals and a passion for raising exceptional Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I’m Stefanie, a Registered Nurse with a background in both the birth center and operating room, and I now work from home for an insurance company. My husband, Matt, works for a limousine company on weekends, which allows us to dedicate a lot of time to raising and caring for our dogs together.

 

Our journey with Cavaliers began in 2019 when we brought home our first girl Norah—and we instantly fell in love. Her temperament was everything we had hoped for: gentle, calm, affectionate, and incredibly loyal. She loves people and is perfectly content lounging around the house. She never gets into trouble, and we trust her completely—even when we’re not home. She only barks to alert us and would never harm a soul. She adores belly rubs and is especially sweet with children. When our youngest, was a baby, she would crawl gently up to her, instinctively careful and calm. She has never been hyper or jumpy, except in those rare moments when she simply can't contain her happiness.

 

With my lifelong love of animals and my background in birth, the idea of breeding came naturally. After falling head over heels for the Cavalier breed, we knew we wanted to be a part of preserving and improving it. As we searched for our first breeding dog, we learned so much about the importance of health and genetic testing. Many inherited conditions can be heartbreaking and costly, but responsible breeding—with thorough DNA and health screenings—can help prevent so much of that heartache. That knowledge inspired us to take on the challenge of raising happy, healthy, well-adjusted puppies. We were incredibly selective and patient in choosing our dogs, seeking out strong pedigrees, excellent temperaments, and clean health histories. In 2021, Matt even flew to Washington State to bring home our beautiful Ruby.

 

Our Cavaliers live in our home and are truly part of our family—and their puppies are raised the same way. They grow up in the middle of our busy, love-filled household, exposed to the everyday sights, sounds, and experiences of life with kids, other animals, and lots of human interaction. We’re always learning, always growing, and always striving to better the breed. We’ve poured our hearts, time, energy, and resources into this endeavor—so that you can welcome a healthy, well-socialized puppy into your family, one that brings joy for many years to come.
